Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2584for a Business Analyst (f/m) Output Management System
Project environment
As a Business Analyst you will support a project team that investigates the integration and consolidations of e-form functionalities of the Output Management Systems of a global Swiss Bank in different environments. You will join a small and dynamic team (8-10 people) that is mostly based in Basle and Zurich and is composed of IT and business.
Tasks
• Requirements Engineering as well as System Design tasks are at hand.
• The build-out of the system documentation strengthening of the systematic traceability from business request to module function is a key part of the work.
• Create test concepts, execute/oversee parts of the tests prior to roll outs (UAT).
• Contribute to the design and documentation of upcoming business requirements, covering interfaces but also the server side of the application and database.
• Analyze the current state, do the impact analysis of the affected systems (e.g. docu-ment management) when duplicating and all the e-forms for new environments.
• Be involved in the analysis for the US solution.
• Identify possible synergies for a consolidated solution.
• Investigate the current use of the CFOM and CFR components.
o Confirm the use cases with the stakeholders (E-Forms-team, affected applica-tions).
o Identify gaps or deficiencies of the current solution.
• Determine the impact of impacted projects on the data management.
• Determine a compliant model to manage multiple entities and environments (PROD, TESTS, DEV).
Requirements
• 5+years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in global operating output management systems (OMS).
• Experience with e-form functionalities.
Soft skills
• Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Initiative acting and dedicated commitment as well as excellent organizational skills and keen perception.
• Can communicate on different levels (form administrators, developers, architects, ap-plication responsible of the affected applications).
• High awareness of quality and deadlines.
• The team is collaboration on highly interactive based methodology. Teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration is essential.
• Corporate Language for any documentation is English, Understanding Germans is an asset.
