Project Leader
A Project Leader is needed in Dusseldorf area for our client in Telecommunication to start ASAP on a contract basis. Work eligibility in EU is required for application.
Our client will migrate and adapt the current business processes to an entire business process framework such as eTOM, considering existing important customer related service processes (ITIL). E2E process visibility and measurability is mandatory.
The main goal of the position is to plan, control, coordinate and execute the project, considering time and budget. The position will be supported by functional process experts and analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the business framework implementation project through all project phases
- Ensuring that the project is on time, within budget and to the required standards
- Working close together with functional process experts, analysts and business teams
- Ensuring that all existing processes can be allocated to eTOM framework levels
- Coordination of gathering, definition and optimization of the processes and acceptance of all
processes
- Managing reporting and visibility of the project progress
Qualifications:
- 5 year of professional experience as project manager (preferred PMI, Prince2 certificated or
- Highly skilled in business process management (evaluate, design, measure)
- Experience in implementing business process framework eTOM
- Good knowledge of ITIL, BPM, L6S
- Several years of work experience in mobile communications environment
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Leadership, intercultural and teamworking skills
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent English and German
