Civil Works Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Works Coordinator to join a leading Global Operator based in Dusseldorf or Dortmund, Germany.

The primary function of the Civil Works Coordinator is to be responsible for the successful integration of the radio equipment on a mobile telecommunication site. It consists of Outdoor and Indoor sites and includes technologies such as 2G, 3G and 4G. After completion of this work the site should be ready so that the process of taking commercial traffic can be initiated.

Key responsibilities of the Civil Works Coordinator are;

Planning

  • The red pencil drawing in coordination with customer to clarify with the owner
  • Scheduling for planning meeting and BTB
  • Participation in BTB (with planning Office, engineer, electrician)
  • Registration and documentation (including photos) of existing defects
  • Display the stock defects with overhead display for customer
  • Creation of BTB log rack layout, room layout, DC layout, lightning protection concept, power concept, each taking into account the occupational safety)
  • Check of the red pencil drawing on feasibility (based on BTB Protocol)
  • Commissioning Planning Office for design engineering (EP), incl. load comparison
  • Obtain release of the EP on customer
  • Appointment tracking to create the detailed design (AP), including anti-static workshop drawing/parts lists
  • After examining the factual correctness forwarding proof of performance (Planner) to release by Ericsson RPM/RPC
  • Ensure running condition (build release customer, BNetzA)
  • Creating a site-specific performance directory for the GU/ASP
  • Provision of all required site documentation for the construction of the GU/ASP (via SH)
  • Material retrieval in SiteHandler (SH)
  • Appointment tracking of deliveries
  • Retrieve crane/elevating platform in SH
  • Applying for the required sound off dates in project management tool of the customers (TTWOS)
  • Registration of customer integration (eg by TTWOS ticket or based on BEP list)
  • Review occupational safety during the construction (design by loss specialist)

Realization

  • Coordination of the appointment chain for the realization (including homeowners, GU, ASP, authorities,..)
  • Request the signed delivery notes by GU/ASP
  • Control of disabilities/overhead displays of the GU/ASP and if necessary redirect the disabilities/overhead display to customer
  • Release of the site for the loss suburb (S///inspection specialist/GU/ASP)
  • Registration acceptance specialist realization period for scheduling of site visit

Documentation/decrease

  • Review the site documentation of the GU/ASP
  • Check the credits on the ordered positions on the basis of the documentation
  • Commissioning of the defect (based on the agreed acceptance check list)
  • Defect tracking up to the documented freedom of lack of
  • Forwarding of the objectively verified proof of performance (GU/ASP) to release by Ericsson RPM/RPC
  • Testing and storage of the final site documentation in accordance with specifications
  • Release of the site for the decrease suburb (S///inspection engineer/GU/ASP)
  • Commissioning of the defect (based on acceptance inspection or quality audit)
  • Defect tracking up to the documented Mägelfreiheit
  • Forwarding of the proof of performance (GU/ASP) to release by Ericsson RPM/RPC
  • Registration of additional services of the RPM/RPC Ericsson for customer
  • Testing and storage of the site documentation in accordance with specifications

General tasks

  • Daily care of the site handler and the customers of PM tools/status check
  • Performance monitoring ASP/SP
  • Cost control

To be successful in this position, you will have excellent knowledge of the following;

  • Previous experience working as a Building Surveying or Civil Engineer within the telecommunications experience
  • Climbing certificates required including first aid at heights
  • Language: Dutch and English communication skills
