Service Desk 1st Line Support Analyst ITIL Win XP & 7 Hamburg Germany.
A utilities company requires a German speaking Service desk resource to Support OSS Services/Onsite Support Services. You must have experience supporting windows, networks, desktops/laptops, Anti-Virus Management (configuration, monitoring, reporting), Outlook, Windows XP +7, View Clients, printing, VPN, BlackBerry and be able to perform installations and have worked in a process oriented support structure (ITIL).
You need to be proactive, and have excellent communication skills so you can connect with users quickly. You must be able to resolve first level incidents relating to EUC, user access problems on Servers and group permissions.
Experience in the following is required Asset Management:
Inventory, initial setup of machines, reviewing and updating Hardware standards, maintaining server rooms as well as Ticket System Administration including maintaining/updating workflows.
