Interim Assistant
My well-known financial institution is looking for Interims assistance to their offices in Eschborn.
Key skills:
- Proven experience in Event and Travel Management
- Generation of reports, status reports, presentations
- Project Management Support
- Set up of Back Office structures
- Time Tracking & Travel expenses
- Intercultural Communication and Cooperation
- Experience in documentation management
- Efficient, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good MS Office Skills
- MS Project
- Lotus Notes
- SAP R3/CRM
- English and German speaking
Advantages:
- Experience working in France or Czech Republic
- French or Czech speaking
Responsibilities:
- Interim assistance for a unit manager and five direct reports with about 100 in/external Mas at four locations
- Preparation of power bills and invoices for external Mas
- Control of Time and Attendance and hourly
- Classic Back Office activities (eg coordination or appointments, telephone reception, vacation and travel schedule)
- Support for ongoing projects (eg organisation of workshops/meetings)
- Maintaining To Do lists and resubmissions
Special tasks:
- Documentation and optimization of existing Back Office processes
- Introduction of a calendar and inbox management
- Introduction of a meeting preparation
