Technical Solution Manager – Frankfurt a. M. (GER)A Technical Solution Manager is needed for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunication Company, on contract basis in Germany. Work eligibility is required for the application.
Desired skills and experience:
Demonstrable knowledge on IP networking technologies, e.g. routing protocols, MPLS, VPLS, IPVPN, etc.
Proven ability to partner with service providers and develop new business models for service subscribers using new technologies.
Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with Sales management technical level.
Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies.
Familiar with other vendors’ IP Network products
Previous “hands on” experience
Driving product management to prioritize customer requirements as input to product roadmaps, including generating of detailed feature request documents as references for product management and development units.
Requirements:
Independent, responsible individual with strong team spirit and enthusiasm
Very good communication and organizational skills
Several years experience in a similar function, last 2 being on a similar position
Experience in GSMR preferred
Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
PMI, IPMA or comparable project management certification preferred
At least 5 7 years experience in managing large scale projects inTelecommunications or railway area
Experience with the specific processes in the rail sector in German speaking environment.
The ideal candidate should be a Technical Solution Manager, fluent in German and English and must have MPLS, IP and transmission experience within the past 2 years. He must have demonstrated excellent experience in customer interfacing roles providing solutions on their network. He must have a good understanding of technical planning, networks and go in and provide solutions to the end client.
