My client, a large consultancy, is looking for a Deskside End User and VIP support analyst for 6 months immediately in Munich.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EUC VIP support, and strong experience in managing all day to day desktop activities: IMAC, PC imaging, software distribution, patch Management.

The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in IT support for application installs, meeting room setup and ticket management in SN and IPM, Having good Lotus Notes experience, worked with Blackberry Configuration and BES and familiar with Cisco VOIP phone solutions, Have prior Exposure of Patching Cables in the IDF room, Have good experience  of Windows 7 Migration from Windows Xp and issues faced after Migration, Have Good Experience of using SCCM as a tool for Packaging and Distribution( Desirable), Have used Service-now tool as a Ticketing tool  ( Desirable) and Communicate with key stakeholders to ensure proper urgency and prioritisation of tasks across technical resources  in both German and English.
