IT Consultant / IT Project Manager (m/w)Aufgabe:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for the IT scope of the Bank Branch project and oversees all project related areas. The objectives of the IT Project Manager are to ensure a solid foundation for the management of interdependencies of resources and timelines effectively and efficiently, and to maintain a strong focus on a consistent approach to manage the project.
To oversee all infrastructure, software, changes and releases to the Bank Branch service landscape to ensure that they are planned, managed through the appropriate processes of clients quality expectation level and aligned with the overall strategic vision.
Qualifikation:
- Experience in Project Management, including:
o Ability to apply project management disciplines and processes
o Ability to anticipate potential project related problems, and to analyze and resolve problems
o Ability to identify, eliminate or contain technical and business risks
- Experience with the organization's development methodology
- Experience and knowledge of the organisational server and network infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including interpersonal skills
- Understands concepts associated with organizational change and possible impacts to the organisation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Project/Project Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.
- Ability to monitor performance across all projects to ensure conformation to documented plans and procedures and to identify systemic, cross-project trends and issues
- Ability to identify and manage project dependencies and critical path which have an impact to the project
- Ability to create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Intercultural competencies and experience with international customers (especially European).
- Extensive travelling may be required, English and German in spoken and written required.
- Accredited Specialist in the area of IT Business Analysis
- Several years experience of change management/business process re-engineering in a modern commercial environment
- Combination of IT and business experience
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and VISIO
