Network Process Consultant
My financial client is looking for a Network Process Consultant to join their team in Eschborn for an initial period of 1 month with option to extend afterwards.
Key skills:
- Bilingual German and English mandatory
- 8-10 years experience within the areas of networking or telecommunications
- Experience of the financial technology sector would be a definite asset as would an understanding of core trade flows in capital market firms
- Previous experience of producing SLAs or other technical documentation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to develop and structure external-facing documents, and to carry out related analysis
- Ability to implement technical initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and directly influence them
- Ability to work independently
- Good judgement, tact and discretion
Responsibilities:
The Network Process Consultant will be responsible for determining appropriate external SLAs and producing customer-facing documentation to this effect:
- Understand the networking and technical infrastructure at the company in sufficient depth as to be able to produce a set of clear and achievable SLAs which can be presented to customers for contractual purposes
- Work with networking and technical teams to establish agreements which can be internally met and measured
- Work with sales to ensure that the SLAs meet the current customer demands and industry norms
- The candidate must be able to show the ability to work proactively to extract the relevant information from various stakeholders and should be able to internally sell the benefits of the SLA creation to staff.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to produce external facing documentation
- Experience in the construction of legal documents would be an advantage. Regardless, the candidate should have the ability to present the SLAs to internal Legal for validation
- Understand the regulatory, technology and global impact of the SLAs and alert internal teams as required
