- Understanding the Architecture and design of SAN infrastructure
- Plan,Implement and support SAN Infra
- Plan and upgrade Storage array Flarecodes/Microcodes/Patches/Firmware updates
- Planning of new SAN component installation
- Plan, Implement and support DR solutions and configuration
- Plan and Implement Storage Migration
- Experience in Performance analysis and tunning
- Capacity Planning of Storage env
- Experience in SAN directors, Switches Implementation and support
- Provide Hardware diagnostics, break-fix support
- Troubleshoot Incidents/Problem Tickets and provide RCA.UNIX administration or Windows administration
- Experience in Virtualization/ESX env
- Deployment management
- Log file monitoring/analysisS
- LA Management, Incident management, Problem management, Change management & Vendor Coordination
- Should be well versed in Storage Virtualization concepts
