Project:
- Consulting/Coaching the transformation of an IT support organization from a national into an international IT service organization
- The customer aims to establish an SAP Center of Excellence to support and further develop a new European SAP System landscape
Role:
- Coach of the IT Management Team for the definition and implementation of a company-wide SAP CoE

- Proven experience with shaping IT organizations
- Vision and strategy
- Governance model (Structure, ITIL Processes, Meeting Structure)
- Tool support
- Culture and Skills
- Organizational Change Management
- SAP Certification

- Excellent communication skills on Management/Directors Board level
- Knows when to convince and when to listen
- experience in mid-sized enterprises and understanding of their specific requirements and key data would be ideal
