Background
My client is a major bank involved in securities transactions, in particular the clearing and settlement of equities and derivatives, as well as being a provider of stock market information.
As part of their on-going product development they are now looking for an experienced IBM Mainframe Security specialist.
Tasks/Skills:
Development of new RACF security standards and Project work;
Minimum 6 years experience in z/OS, systems programming;
Proficiency with z/OS and security tools;
Analysis of z/OS SMF records;
OMVS, JCL, REXX, RACF experience;
JES2, SMS, TSO/ISPF, RACF
Experience in Mainframe security projects;
Experience in the clearing business, preferably with other clearing organisations (eg. Clearstream, Euroclear, Eurex, LCH, clearing operations of investment banks, stock exchanges, CSDs etc) will be a plus.
