Business Process Analyst - Insurance

The Client:-
Our client, a Global Consultancy, currently requires a Senior Process Analyst for an 6 month contract in Munich.

Role:-
Project will commence the analysis of individual deliverables required to achieve compliance with the company Standards of Underwriting and Solvency II data completeness and accurateness requirements.

Main responsibilities will be successful management of the delivery work stream (Process Analysis sub-work stream), root cause analysis and preparation of solution option paper. The process analyst will report to Process Analyst Lead.

Candidate:-
3+ years experience with business process analysis and design including proven analytical,
Conceptual and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma/OPEX Black Belt Certification is a plus).
Experience with developing process workflow diagrams and documenting "as is" and ' to be" (Adonis).
Proven project management experience including scope control.
Experience of working in a multi-national/global organisation.
Experience in international environments and corporate insurance/reinsurance.
Willingness to travel.
University degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good customer facing skills, proactive thinker, strong leadership, self-motivated and must be a team player with professional disposition.
