CRM Developer & Analyst Position in Munich
Our client, a major global telecommunications provider, is seeking to reinforce its CRM development team.
You will be working in the retail business CRM area to describe and analyze changes to core business processes (product sales, order and contract management, order fulfillment, problem ticketing) Functional changes requested by business units must be analyzed and impact on the CRM system and affected satellite systems need to be estimated and described.
You should therefore be a personality able to grasp e2e IT landscapes and impacts quickly, quick to work through business processes and the corresponding technical systems and develop a good understanding of both. Skills: Excellent knowledge of telecommmunications Quick to analyze, understand and grasp existing concepts and systems Analytical skill with a very good technical understanding Ability to estimate technical impact and technical efforts when describing solutions Excellent verbal and written English communication - excellent communicator as the mediator between business units and development teams Nice-to-have: Technical background in CRM systems Technical background in Vantive (Oracle CRM) and Siebel CRM This is an opportunity to work for a highly successful organisation in an exciting team at a competitive rate.
