We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m/f) for the successful transition of infrastructure service and administrative roles to an already existing shared service environment in India.Start: 01.08.2014
Duration: 11 months
- Organize and coordinate different tasks for the transition to a shared service environment in India
- Communication and presentation to medium and higher management
- Apply the principles and standards of project management
- Validate the scope requested for the project and make the necessary time and budget estimations.
- Ensure implementation of the technical solution as designed and delivered by an SDA (Solution Design Authority) in accordance with the requested SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
- Make the necessary communication towards the technicians participating in the project by defining all concrete deliverables.
- Responsibility for follow-ups of the project during the full lifecycle, and if necessary take corrective actions.
- Report the status of restrictions, issue’s, assumptions and risks towards the department head.
- Responsibility for the final result of the delivered project
- Monitor the effectiveness of the organization within his team
- Responsible for reporting, and can be helped by a PO.
- Experience in different local and international project (min. 5 years)
- Experience in communication and negotiation with higher management and customer
- Professional experience in IT infrastructure services (min. 2 years)
- Experience in infrastructure services management environment.
- Knowledge of PM methodology, PMI certification is a plus
- Knowledge of MS project software
- Fluent in German and English
- French is a plus
