- Operating system (Windows7, WindowsXP) Installation
- OS troubleshooting
- Desktop hardware breakfix
- Microsoft Office istallation and troubleshooting
- Application client support
- Printer & Scanner support
Area of responsibility 2:
- Asset management
- Vendor coordination
- Spare management
Area of responsibility 3:
- Audio/Video support
- Conference Room support

- Experience in working Desktop management
- Experience in Microsfot office installation and troubleshotting
