IT Network / Security AdministratorTasks
- 1st and 2nd level support (WhatsUpGold and Nagios monitoring)
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of diverse
global network infrastructure (LAN, MAN, WAN)
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of diverse
firewall infrastructure (Checkpoint R75, Juniper SSG5 ScreenOS, Foundry)
- Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of content
security and security infrastructure
- Creating documentation including work instructions for 1st level support
- User administration, new PC/Printer to network connection (DHCP, DNS)
- Switch port configurations (VLAN, Port Security)
- Participation in IT projects
- After defined onboarding period, provide Pickett (On-call) service with
4 hours response time
Anforderung:
- Knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, DNS (BIND), DHCP (ISC)
Security: firewalls, proxy solutions, content analysis, web, mail-transport
(Clearswift)
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux (an advantage)
- Network: Routers, Switches
- Good knowledge in network and security
- Good working knowledge of English
- At least 3 years IT experience
