Your Tasks:
Improving the performance of our actual Asterisk phone-System
Setup of reporting and online monitoring
Support of our voice recording
Support the implementation of our new call center system
Communication with 3rd Party as provider and supplier
Your Profile:
Very good knowledge of Asterisk and Linux System-Admistration
Professional experience in IT support for hotline or call center
Knowledge of ACD and CTI Systems and Ruby and PHP Knowledge
Relevant work experience in network and telephony is desirable
Experienced in coordinating internal and external providers
You are fluent in German and English
