PMO/Cash & Derivatives Markets/Governance/Performance Structure
Key skills:
- Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German is a plus
- Extensive experience with PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills (eg, experience with Excel/Pivots)
- Extensive previous project experience (preferably with sales context) and ability to handle tight deadlines
- Understanding of Governance/Performance Structures of Sales Organizations
- High level of motivation, service orientation and ability to work independently
- Good people skills, eg, when interacting with project members, interfaces, senior stakeholders (eg, regional sales heads or board members)
About the role:
- Create management presentations (eg for steering committee/board meetings)
- Meeting organization and support (including minutes taking)
- Manage activities and issues
- Ensure effectiveness of scope and dependency management
- Identify and manage/mitigate project risks
- Support related to budget planning and forecasting
- Overviews deviations between plan and actuals (budget controlling) and triggers appropriate measures in alignment with PM
- Provides data for budget reporting on various levels of detail
The purpose of the project is to detail and implement a target sales model. To facilitate the project, a Full time Project Management Office support is required by our client.
