Job Title: Data Center Build/Facilities Manager
Job Location: Frankfurt, Germany
Job Duration: 3 - 6 months Contract
Job Description:
- Good experience in Data Center Building experience in large environment
- Deal with incidents and day-to-day data centre requirements
- Should have experience in management, operation and maintenance of critical systems and understands the full range of M+E equipment in a critical environment.
- Able to manage the manpower, plant, systems, resources and materials for the operation and maintenance of this large building.
- Hands on experience in estimating Power/Weight/Thermal
- Able to finalize the Bill of Materials
- Able to preparing a comprehensive cost details which includes hosting cost, build/migration efforts, hardware cost and the licensing cost
- Ensure that SLAs are met and customers needs are met
- Professional and strategic approach to management of works and projects required
