My client is searching for a Field Service Technician with several years of professional experience in the Internet and telecommunications industry.
The candidates will be based in the regions Cologne, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Hamburg and nationwide depending on experience.
The ideal profile for this role will be someone who has worked within the realms of commissioning, installation and debugging of fixed lines, Routers, Switches, Cisco Routers, and access technology on customer sites.
My client expects the candidate to be solution-oriented, have a high level of commitment, independence and a neat appearance when working on site with the client.
The candidate must have the following:
- Very good knowledge of the German language written and spoken
- Good English speaking skills
- Resilience
- Flexibility
- Communication skills
- Reliability, accuracy/precision
- Knowledge of Router configuration.
- Basic knowledge in use of Argus monitors or comparable
