As a System Integrator (SI), the contractor is responsible to test and verify that the System Under Test (SUT), in conjunction with real partner systems, provide all functionality as defined in the system design and specification. Additionally load testing, security relevant tests and stability tests depending on the project demands will be executed by the SI.He reports the validation status for the SUT (Fixed Line IP Voicemail) to the System Release Manager.
He is responsible for system defect management during the acceptance phase, staying in contact with vendors and other org. units with regard to defects and corrections Technical & professional Skills:
-Acceptance and Integration test experience
- Knowledge of Cellular Mobile Systems (GSM, UMTS Networks)
- Knowledge VMS & SMS testing
- Unix/Linux, Installation procedures
- Knowledge in IP area , SIP , IMS + and SS7 SIGTRAN (MAP and ISUP)
Tool Knowledge:
- Testmanagement Tools: Quality Center
- Tracing Tools: TCAP; MAP Protocol Tracer Linkbi/Agilent
- Testexecution: Linkbit
