Task:- Coordination requirements with business (Treasury) experts and IT Architects / Developers
- Documentation of the requirements, ie requirements specification
- Participation in Design
- Test Preparation
- Test Execution, Analysis & Documentation
Requirements (Must have):
- Bachelor, Master Degree or equal qualifying experience in Computer Science or Business Administration
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering in Banking projects
- Flexible and open-minded towards new methodologies and technologies like Kanban / Scrum and Test Driven Approach
- Solid SQL knowledge and ability to apply it in day-to-day work
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proactive and reliable personality who works independently
- Experience in Finance Products like Swaps, Derivatives, Bonds and interest rate risk management or asset/liability management
