Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2514 for an IT Security Program Manager (f/m).Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a successful candidate who will manage a long running strategic IT Security Program in the area of Security Monitoring. This program will deliver risk remediation in the form of improved security event logging and monitoring via 3 different projects.
Requirements
• 4 or more years’ experience as a Senior Program Manager running IT infrastructure and compliance programs with 7 digit budgets and multiple project managers and work streams. The candidate should be able to drive the program forward in an assertive and independent manner, buy building consensus in the face of both organisational and technical complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills are essential. The role requires political finesse with multiple, complex stakeholders, many of whom are senior (up to C level).
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure with a focus on compliance and data security, particularly in the area of infrastructure and authentication, security event logging and monitoring.
• Experience of SIEM platforms such as ArcSight and Splunk plus knowledge of Security Operations, threat analysis and incident management are a distinct advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IT Security, Compliance and Architecture.
• Good knowledge of requirements analysis, test management, service management and process engineering.
• Candidate will be fully accountable for the Program budget, responsible to ensure that project managers provide accurate forecasts and resource plans which must reconcile against actuals.
• Program must be managed transparently and according to the banking program and project management frameworks. PMP, PgMP or other project and program management certifications are a distinct advantage.
• Fluent English, German is an advantage.
