Job Description for Infrastructure Project Manager:
-Cooperate with client IT Infrastructure to guarantee in-store WLAN is in place
-Organize tablet PC procurement, Organize tablet PC staging,
-Prepare/Organize on-site installation guidelines and inform external partner & local IT
-Setup Issue - Problem, Demand, Change Management
- Prepare support workflow in sync with help from client Operations team
- Set up device swap service with external partner
- Drive SLA discussion with local Business/IT & external partner
- Bring the IT service live
- Monitor external partner and do regular reporting
- Assist and consult all involved parties in case of challenges a strong IT background required
Skills/Experience for Infrastructure Project Manager:
-Project Management experience, certification is a plus
-IT Service mgmt. experience, ITIL certification is a plus
-Good understanding about network WAN/LAN/WLAN technology
-Good understanding about mobile device mgmt./remote mgmt.
-Retail process background
-Experience with consumer facing IT devices/services
