JD:
- Cooperate with client IT Infrastructure to guarantee in-store WLAN is in place
- Organize tablet PC procurement, Organize tablet PC staging,
- Prepare/Organize on-site installation guidelines and inform external partner & local IT
- Setup issue-, problem-, demand-, change-mgmt.
- Prepare support workflow in sync with help from client Operations team
- Set up device swap service with external partner
- Drive SLA discussion with local Business/IT & external partner
- Bring the IT service live
- Monitor external partner and do regular reporting
- Assist and consult all involved parties in case of challenges à strong IT background required
Skills/Experience
- Project Management experience, certification is a plus
- IT Service mgmt. experience, ITIL certification is a plus
- Good understanding about network WAN/LAN/WLAN technology
- Good understanding about mobile device mgmt./remote mgmt.
- Retail process background
- Experience with consumer facing IT devices/services
- Good communication skills (English is a must, all other languages are a plus)
- Attitude to make things happen
- Accountability and willingness to take over responsibility
