Strong experience with Maintenance & Support activities for BSS/CDRator applications in Telecom Domain. 2nd Level Or 3rd Level support is expected mostly.
Good knowledge of Servers like PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle DB
Experienced in L2/L3 support activities with strong customer facing exposure.
Resolve ticket by analysing the problem at Code Level and raise tickets towards application team.
Knowledge/certification in ITIL will be added advantage.
Experience in maintenance, platform support (PROD, E2E, QA) for Oracle PL/SQL based applications/
CDRator. Experience in Telecom BSS area and development of activities will be added advantage.
Strong analytical and debugging skills on platform issues and should have knowledge of various interfaces like FTP, sFTP, SOAP, REST, Remote Access, IP, VPN, NAT.
Knowledge of various configurations, UNIX utilities (SCP, SSH, SSH-Keygen etc) & Windows Servers. SQL & UNIX Shell Scripting knowledge is must.
Working knowledge of DBA activities of Oracle will be added advantage.
Telecom Domain experience and working on stringent SLAs, KPIs.
Should be prompt to respond on support tickets, communicating with multiple stakeholders on issues and work around.
German Language Proficiency is must.
