Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2506 for a Business Analyst (f/m) in the Area of Authorization Rights.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank stated the intention to establish a new banking subsidiary of the global bank in Switzerland. In the context of the new technology platform of this subsidiary, authorization concepts and access rights schemas of all solutions transferred to the new platform has to be checked and adapted.
Tasks
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all authorization related topics within IT and towards Senior Business Partners responsible for authorization / role model of their domain.
• Contribute to overall authorization concept including processes and engagement model to get new authorizations set up for new banking platform and socialize (adapted roles / data rooms / access rights).
• Guide partners in business on actions required to get authorization model implemented / adapted.
• Provide methodological and specialist support in authorization and role modelling.
• Support responsible application owner in authorization and security related topics (e.g. update of authorization concepts, implementation of data room access model concepts).
• Provide methodological and specialist support in the IT security setup.
• Consolidating and creating of the role model including the moderation of the necessary workshops with the respective business functions.
• Supporting with the adaptation and creation of the required roles and respective role cleaning or revising (if necessary).
• Support testing teams in analysing issues in regards to access control and security questions.
• Act as single point of contact and coordination with IT Security teams.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Authorization / Authentication know-how (Single sign on, certificates, two-factor authentication, role model, BBS (the bank’s Access control Management-System), ECMS preferably…).
• MS Office (incl. Access).
• Preferably LDAP know-how.
• Communication with business and IT stakeholders, like to “dive” into existing solutions.
• Stress tolerance.
• German / English speaking.
