Organisational Business Change Manager - Infrastructure and Workplace Program - Berlin, Germany - ASAP start date - € all inclusive per day - English and German Speaker
Our client, a major German manufacturer, are looking for a strategic and executional change manager to join there team on a 6 month initial contract for a 2 year IT project. The correct candidate should have a long spanning history of successful change management projects and able to work 5 days a week in Berlin. expected travel will be 15% of the total project length, and strong stakeholder management skills are a must.
The Workplace program will:
- provide a state-of-the-art environment for devices & collaboration software
- set up a new service landscape with a new help desk support and introduce self service tools for all users
- enable data access from everywhere and anytime
- run a comprehensive pilot phase in Q4 2014 to test the scalability of services, the support structure and ensure the transition for all users from 2015 onwards
The Change Manager will have a hands on role and define all change management activities:
- Conduct strong stakeholder management in close cooperation with the program leadership and project team
- Prepare presentations and other materials for program leadership to involve stakeholders on various levels
- Coach/advice IS Leadership and Business Partners to facilitate the change in the Business via executives and middle management Conduct change impact assessment
- Develop and execute the communication plan
- Develop and implement end user adoption plan
- Conduct readiness assessments
