Freelancer Project Data Leader with SAS ExperienceYou are a Lead Data Manager & Satistical Programmer?
I am currently looking for a Freelancer Lead Data Manager/ SAS Programmer for our Client in South Germany.
Please find below what our client requests:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise and manage Data Management activities
* Create and maintain internal CDISC standards
* Review the user requirements
* Set up the level of user acceptance testing (UAT) required for EDC
* Support statistical programming (SDTM datasets), support quality control and quality checks
* Perform data validation and using tools for example OpenCDISC
Experience and Knowledge
Essential Skills
* Working experience in data management and programming activities, including setup of EDC and other IT applications and time to database lock
* Experience in Data management plan, Data management and statistics timelines, Data Quality Plan, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specification, Clinical Data Transfer Specifications, Data Quality Plan, Validation check Specifications, monthly Report Form, CRF Completion Guidelines, SAE Reconciliation Plan, Coding Conventions, Writing, reviewing and testing Validation check specifications
* Knowledge in Filing and maintenance of data management with ICH guidelines and generating SDTM datasets
* Working experience in development, innovation and improvement of BCDMAs working standards for data management and SDTM programming
* Experience in CDISC, SAS macro language, setup of clinical databases and (e) CRF design, global clinical trial practices, ICH GCP guidelines
Key Competences
* Strong analytical and communicational skills
Qualifications
Education in mathematics, statistics, computer science, life sciences or other related field
Language Skills
Very good in English
