Task:The main topics are:
- Prepare engineering analysis of projects related to a Domino infrastructure to include: preliminary design, calculation, life cycle cost and equipment selection.
- Manage project issues, budgets and schedules. Execute project tasks to deliver quality and timely projects that satisfy business and technical requirements
- Define and implement global standards for Domino relates infrastructure components
- Analyze and optimize Server Performance and Availability, Mail Routing and Replication
- Do Trend Analysis for new technologies, plan and implement them into customer environments
- Review and optimize engineering standards, policies and procedures
- Document all policies and procedures related to the upkeep of the Domino network
- Provide Domino 3rd level technical leadership and direction to 2nd/3rd level support analysts
- Investigate in reasons for 3rd level based problems, troubleshoot and resolve them
- Perform Server Software Upgrades (Software that is Domino or directly Domino-related)
- Provide 3rd level- and on call support for Domino based customer environments
- Optimize production related processes
- Develop quality assurance processes
- Act as consultant
Requirements (Must have):
The Suppier Team consists of members with the following qualification levels:
- Responsible for Server Security
- Advise novice Server Administrators and other Notes support staff
- Improve monitoring configuration and reporting
- Work in a team with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems
