We are looking for a Business Process Coordinator (m/w).Start: asap
Duration: 3 months (extension possible)
Location: Bonn
- Internal partner to the functions supply & demand, the logistic teams in LRDs and Toll Manufacturer, and Principal for business process and IS system related matters with a high focus on incident resolution and business process monitoring
- Being the contact for the functions in terms of application incidents and business process. Monitor of business processes to ensure an effective and efficient execution of the business processes within the outbound logistic area
- Member of the application management team proposing improvements on system usage and new functions
- Work close with the other AMS team members and other application teams in order to integrate business and process functions providing interoperability between systems (ERP, MES, BI, etc.)
- Assist in monitoring and controlling the outsourcing services regarding SLA fulfillment and cost allocations
- Work with and guide the external AMS partners in support cases and ensure "best cost best value"
- Qualification: Degree in business and / or economical areas.
- Deep knowledge of ERP system (esp.: SAP ERP) especially in the modules SD, MM, WM, LES and PP
- Languages: English fluently, French and German beneficial
- Project Experience: several years experiences in supporting and monitoring SAP applications, able to analyse business process incidents and propose solutions, experience in international projects (team lead)
