SAP Master Data Maintenance Consultant
My Client is looking for a SAP MDM Consultant with the following experience:
The Senior Consultant Master Data Maintenance is responsible for
o overall maintenance of ERP Master Data, adhering to data governance policies.
o maintenance and co-ordination of our global and regional master data, ensuring high quality of data.
o Ensuring SAP ERP Master Data is maintained following appropriate guidelines and controls
Coordinate and execute Master Data mass changes
Quality gate for Master Data Changes
Continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives. Provide reporting for Master Data quality KPIs
Design and provide Master Data reports for business
Drive the definition of Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams
Consulting for business regarding Master Data requirements and issues
Assess expertly the correlation between master data and business processes; analyze and evaluate new organizational or regulatory requirements in relation to the attributes of Master Data Collaboration

Skills required
Strong Master Data management background, with solid understanding of industry best practices.
Extensive professional experience in SAP environment - Master Data hierarchies, SD, MM, PP-PI, QM, PM, FI, EHS
Experience managing Master Data in a controlled environment, utilizing industry standard tools
Overall IT experience in a variety of application, database, and infrastructure platforms.
Professional Background
5-8 years of experience in a similar position, relevant industry qualifications
Experience as leader of a Master Data Management team
Experience in Master Data Governance
Deep understanding of data policies around data quality, data security, and data life cycle.
Project management in several projects or experience as team lead in steady state organization
Graduate as economist or comparable qualification
