SAP Change Manager - Frankfurt, Germany - Rate: € - Start Date: month initial contract
Our client is looking for an SAP Change Manager for a global SAP Consolidation and Template roll out. The project will involve a consolidation of multiple global ERP sites streamlined to a lower distribution of competency centres. The project will also involve a consolidation of Legacy ERP systems to SAP.
The Change Manager should have a basic understanding of core business processes including Finance, Supply Chain and Production. The SAP Change Manager should be willing to travel globally throughout the project length. The candidate should have a strong track record of successful guidance of a major global company through a major IT Change.
The correct candidate will have the following profile:
- Over 7 years Total SAP Change Management
- English and German A MUST - Other Languages are very welcome
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Very strong team management skills
- A basic understanding of SAP Project Management
- Good understanding of core SAP processes
- Able to travel througout the EU, Latin America, Australia and Asia
