Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Kunden suchen wir mehrere Consultants Bid support (m/w) SAP Application Management
1. Rolle:
SAP SEM-BCS Project Consultant respectively Service Consultant
As well BCS knowledge and Business Process knowledge (legal and management consolidation) required.
Now for bid and later on for Service Project
Bid support asap until July 11th.
Project start January / February 2015 service project duration 4 years in total.
2. Rolle:
Contract reversal from the IT Outsourcing Contract between the Customer and the Supplier and the migration to an Replacement Supplier
to deliver the Services while ensuring, to the extent possible, that any disruption to, or degradation of, the quality of Service
delivery is minimized during the period of Transfer.
Objective is to calculate
• setup of a Contract Reversal Governance Structure
• the contractual obligations from customer and supplier in relation to Contract Reversal
• alignment of the Account & Service delivery processes with the Contract Reversal requirements
3. Rolle:
A SME covering Accounts Payable Forensics in an SAP environment to detect duplicate payments, fraud, suspicious payments or payment irregularities in the AP processes.
The SME should be in a position to define annual R&M effort for a dedicated support period (4 years) based on a predefined volume of tickets, as well as the effort for the knowledge transfer phase during T&T. He also needs to answer dedicated questions during the RfP process.
It is very much appreciated that this SME is a member of a delivery team which could take over delivery responsiblility or help to build up such a team on short notice in the CR. Support language is English
4. Rolle:
A transition manager with GBS expertise to define and calculate a T&T process for SAP application Support (Run&Maintain).
