Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2501 for a Project Manager (f/m)Project environment: A Swiss pharmaceutical Company.
Main tasks
• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of project plans, including time, cost, quality and resources.
• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of work breakdown structures throughout projects.
• Creation, controlling and maintenance of committed project plans (level 1/2) in global project management planning solutions mpmp3/mpmGPS.
• Alignment of planning with subject matter experts in respective teams.
• Elicitation of the critical project path for sub projects and the overall project with various methodologies.
• Monitoring and tracking of cross functional project planning activities and project progress.
• Identification of planning gaps and of critical tasks behind schedule.
• Initiation of risk and mitigation planning.
• Tracking of dependencies inside the project as well as to other projects.
• Synchronisation of project plannings with peers of other system components or projects.
• Analysis of influencing factors on project planning in terms of scope, quality and budget.
• Monitoring and notification for conflicts regarding the project scope, quality, resources and budget.
• Creation, editing and analysis of project KPIs (key performance indicators) and data.
• Creation of graphs and generation of a dashboard and cockpit to display project KPIs.
Additional tasks and responsibilities
• Coaching and consulting for the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coaching and consulting of team members in various project management disciplines such as risk-, scope-, time-, budget-, resources-, quality-, communications-, procurement and stakeholder-management.
• Coaching and consulting of sub project leaders in project planning and tracking tasks as well as project risk management.
• Coaching and consulting of team members in regulatory compliant documentation.
• Responsible for creation, management and maintenance of a regulatory compliant project risk list as a project steering tool.
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of project reporting for diverse stakeholders within and outside the organization.
• Moderation and presentation of meetings and workshops.
• Setup and management of regulatory relevant milestones and checkpoints for projects.
• Consulting of Dev PLs (Core Team Leader) in project management activities.
Requirements
Must have:
• University Degree in a technical or natural scientific field.
• Profound experience in creation of complex project plans.
• Experience in Project Management throughout all phases of a project.
• Experience in Software Development, ideally also with agile methods.
• Advanced knowledge and practical experience in MS Project.
• Knowledge in TFS (Team Foundation Server) and Jira.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
• Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
Advantageous:
• Knowledge of Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Doors or SQL Queries.
