Interfacing between the Client and Offshore team for different technologies including L2 support on Microsoft Active Directory (AD)/DFS, Novell eDirectory/iManager, Tivoli Server Manager (Restore), Advance Help Desk (Ticketing Tool).
. Coordinating with Client & Offshore.
. Analyzing Technical Queries coming from Offshore & help them in resolving with in strict time frame.
. Handling escalations, Attending to team & Quality meetings.
. Preparing & Reviewing Instruction Manuals, drafting/reviewing Bi-lingual
(German-English) templates required for bridging knowledge gaps.
. Apprising Client of any difficulties or gaps and working together for the solutions.
. Helping the Offshore Team and coming up with steps to enhance the capability of team so that Quality keeps improving.
. Proficiency of German & English languages is a must.
. Onshore location would be Ludwigshafen, Germany.
