Für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir derzeit einen freiberuflichen Mitarbeiter oder einen Mitarbeiter in Festanstellung, der die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

Aufgabenbeschreibung:
To provide local technical support for Hosting Solutions Support (HSS) and Hosting Operations teams 9x5. This may include rebooting systems, replacing failed/failing components and servers.
To provide local “Hands-and-Eyes” support for Customers on a 9x5 basis.
Supervise and provide Technical assistance to Customers and Suppliers working within the Data Centre.
To manage Remedy tickets and action within any agreed internal OLA’s or Customer SLA’s.
Perform the tasks necessary to support the provision of Data Backup and Recovery services including media rotation and storage.
Be available to provide local Technical support to the Cross Functional Hosting Delivery Unit teams.
To provide assistance and support for all upgrades and product enhancements both internal and Customer related.
To complete the defined Shift tasks, essential for the day-to-day running of Customer platforms and Data Centre Operations.
Work with the Configuration Management team to ensure that the Data Centre ‘live floor’ accurately reflects the information held in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), e.g. performing Data Centre audits.
Notification to the Network Management Centre of site related issues which may affect Customers or work within the site.
Undertake any other task and responsibilities as designated by the Data Centre Manager that are Data Centre specific.
Operate Best Practice and help drive improvements in Operating procedures within the Data Centre and with cross functional working groups.
Actively ensure that all Customer solutions are installed and supported to the C&WW Operational Standards.
Adherence to ITIL based policies and procedures in line with ISO and HMG guidelines.
Produce Operational Reporting, ensuring that OLA’s and KPIs are maintained within their preagreed tolerances.
Produce and maintain weekly/monthly reports in accordance with Data Centre Operational requirements.
Manage and own physical change control & ensure the Configuration Management Database is maintained.
Ensure that the site HS&E obligations are maintained.
Support the site Business Continuity planning requirements, engaging in tabletop exercises on a bi-annual basis.

Must-Have Skills:
Understanding of the Mechanical/Electrical configuration of a Data Center.
Good knowledge of relevant ISO accreditation requirements.
Ability to work in a focused manner, under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to prioritise workloads according to differing work situations or escalations.
Ability to provide guidance to associated technical teams.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent drive.
Ability to build working relationships quickly and effectively.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to communicate effectively at all levels within C&WW.
SC clearance is required to be undertaken for this role.
Experience in using MS Office suite of tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Operating systems, e.g. Unix, Windows, etc.
Networking technologies, e.g. routers, switches, Load
Balancers, Firewalls, etc.
Backup and recovery

Soft-Skills:
Good relationship builder and team worker.
