Senior Process Analyst Solvency II
Skills:
- 5 years+ experience with business process analysis and design including proven analytical,Conceptual and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma/OPEX Black Belt Certification is a plus)
- Experience developing process workflow diagrams and documenting "as is" and ' to be" (Adonis).
- Proven project management experience including scope control Experience of working in a multi-national/global organisation.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented team player
- Environment experience in corporate insurance/reinsurance.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Willingness to travel, Experience regarding Solvency II is a plus
- Good customer facing skills, proactive thinker, strong leadership, self-motivated and must be a team player with professional disposition.
Project:
Project will commence the analysis of individual deliverables required to achieve compliance with the company Standards of Underwriting and Solvency II data completeness and accurateness requirements.
Main responsibilities will be successful management of the delivery work stream (Process Analysis sub-work stream), root cause analysis and preparation of solution option paper.
The process analyst will report to Process Analyst Lead.
