The Job Description is as follows:

Strong knowledge on User Access, Directory Services & Administration Activities

Hands VPN or Novell or Blackberry & Mobile Services and Access IT

Should be responsible for taking ownership of user problems when dealing with user issues and request.

Troubleshoot issues both at the Client Server Side and Knowledge in good general administration Concepts.

Maintenance and setting up of printers/troubleshoot and assigned IP address into the printers.

Good working knowledge on reset, troubleshoot, changing of all the local administrator passwords on workstations and Servers using group policy, Active Directory and Microsoft Cluster Services.
- Hands on experience in Active Directory & Group Policy including Terminal Server Solutions for Windows Server and MS window server 2012, PowerShell Scripting.
