Beschreibung
- 5 years+ experience with business process analysis and design including proven analytical,
Conceptual and problem-solving skills (Six Sigma/OPEX Black Belt Certification is a plus)
- Experience with developing process workflow diagrams and documenting "as is" and ' to be" (Adonis)
- Proven project management experience including scope control
- Experience of working in a multi-national/global organisation.
- Customer-focused and solution-oriented team player
- Minimum of 5 years of related business experience for process engineering and
Project management
- Experience in international environments and corporate insurance/reinsurance
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
- University degree
- Experience regarding Solvency II is a plus

Brief about project, roles & responsibilities:
- Project will commence the analysis of individual deliverables required to achieve compliance with the company Standards of Underwriting and Solvency II data completeness and accurateness requirements.
- Main responsibilities will be successful management of the delivery work stream (Process Analysis sub-work stream), root cause analysis and preparation of solution option paper. The process analyst will report to Process Analyst Lead.
