Integration Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and operational management of configuration and integration steps in the modernization and expansion of mobile networks with emphasis base stations and transmission equipment.
- Implementation of configuration work in the fields of radio, SDH, PDH, ATM, and Ethernet (focus on configuration).
- Active design and harmonization of procedures for network modernization including the corresponding reports (focusing on process control).
- Provision of data and reports for progress monitoring and performance measurement.
- Editing and creation of new work orders in the ticket system "TTWOS".
- Review of the tickets for completeness and if necessary, clarify with the internal or external clients.
- Order processing and cross-team coordination of the steps in the modernization process, triggering of sub-contracts to external and internal teams.
- Tracking the configuration jobs & ensuring the timely processing.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in configuration or service coordination.
- Several years of experience in the processing of work orders in the ticket system "TTWOS".
- Experience in the design of procedures for the establishment and integration of RAN and transmission technology in network construction of large mobile operators.
- Experience with extensive configuration work in the area RAN (2G, 3G, LTE and transmission), deep understanding of the network architecture (eg, ATM, SDH, Ethernet).
- Experience in dealing with systems for network planning (eg Amdocs/Cramer Systems).
- German speaking and written skills are essential.
