The test program manager must engage early in due diligence, test transitions and follow it up with steady state test program management.
He/She will be responsible to manage customers, manage test ecosystem stakeholders of incumbent teams and other application development and application maintenance teams, operations teams and System Integrators and overall program management teams.
The Program deals with BSS application testing for mobile/wireless segment and spans domains of CRM, Portals, Billing, EAI, ERP, DWH/BI, Services and interfaces with IN systems, delivering multiple projects in across major and minor releases. Requires strong program mgmt skills, stakeholder mgmt, finance and commercial mgmt, onsite-offshore co-ordination and management, Customer satisfaction mgmt, managing balanced scorecard for engagement, test process standardization, test transformation and CI.
Proficient in German language and English. Strong delivery and quality focus and performance driven culture for self and the teams around him/her is a must have. A proven track record of having such and similar roles is essential
