MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• leads system definition and system design of camera based ADAS (e.g. LDWS)
• specifies camera systems’ functions, HW and SW requirements
• specifies test cases and performance tests for camera systems
• main technical contact to sub-suppliers
• analyzes customer requirements for camera based ADAS
EXPERIENCE:
• degree in mechanical, mechatronic or electrical engineering, especially with focus on automotive engineering
• highly experienced with camera systems for driver assistance systems (alternatively those in passenger cars)
PROFILE:
• knowledge/experience with image processing on a system level
• knowledge/experience with specification and design of automotive electronics
• knowledge/experience with automotive CAN communication (espec. J1939)
• knowledge/experience with automotive diagnostics (KWP2000 or UDS)
• beneficial is experience with these simulation tools: dSpace ASM, ControlDesk, ModelDesk
• beneficial is experience in using MKS Requirements-Manager, Test-manager, Integrity-Manager
• beneficial is experience in using Vector CANalyzer, CANape
• highly experienced in using standard PC software (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• beneficial is a commercial vehicle driving license (C/CE)
• beneficial is knowledge about the principles of vehicle dynamics
• good language skills in spoken and written English and German
• team work capabilities
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS:
• works in a project team and functionally reports to project engineer who is the technical representative in a project
