Wir suchen für ein SAP Projekt einen SAP HCM Talent Management Berater mit folgenden Anforderungen.Rolle:
IT Process + Strategy Manager (SAP HCM Talent Management)
Aufgabe:
Design Level 5 processes based on the existing Level 2 processes for Talent Management in the context of an IT Tool implementation
Facilitate Workshops with different stakeholder to jointly agree on a future process model, challenging the status quo
Document the future processes and working instructions, further details on the activity split
Adopt existing service catalogue reflecting the new activity split
Support preparation of HR.Online Documentation
Support/ Facilitate End-to-End Process Testing
Skills:
Key experience in implementing HR Shared Service Centers, including the tiered model, in a globally operating environment
Experience in implementing Talent Management solutions in global companies
Deep knowledge of tiered services and the target operating model based on the Ulrich Model
Good Knowhow in performance management and talent management, e.g. diagnostics, performance management, succession planning
Experience with HR process mapping, at best talent management processes
Change management experience
Willingness to travel is an advantage for this role
Competent in handling of MS-Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
