Offshore Wind Farm Substation Engineers Required for a Wind Farm in Germany Waters.My Client, a powerhouse in renewable energy requires Offshore Substation Engineers to work in German Waters of an Offshore Substation.
The Role
- Witness commissioning activities of OSS supplier during offshore commissioning works
- Internal communication of the daily OSS installation and commissioning status.
- Witness commissioning activities of OSS supplier during site commissioning works
- Witness commissioning activities of OSS supplier during offshore commissioning works
- Participation in routine work offshore and onshore
- Update of snag lists
- Help to prepare O&M team in close cooperation and sharing information
The Requirements
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, or experienced technician.
- Alternatively equivalent technical background with proven experience
- Fluency either in German or English
- Commissioning experience in relation to power plants, manufacturing site, infrastructure or offshore is a plus
- Full Offshore Training
- Available to start June 2014
- Able to work on Rotation, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Available to work for up to 6 months
