Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 2484 for an IT Business Analyst / PMO (f/m) with IB and CDC expertise.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank.
Tasks
• The primary function of this role is the analysis of client data requirements in IB applications as part of the CDC Strategic adoption program (Client Data Confidentiality).
• Key responsibilities will include identifying attributes in consuming applications, mapping them to existing attributes in the IB Enabling Architecture where they exist and highlighting gaps.
• The role involves acting as a client data expert and as consultant facing off to the data owners in the IB and Wealth Management and to consuming application teams which require Investment Bank client data – both in the investment bank itself and from downstream systems in risk, finance and operations.
• Also as part of that role will be managing, guiding and leading the application owners though the remediation processes in order to achieve desirable results in the set target milestones and deadlines.
• 30% of that role is the project administration (PMO) of the IB CDC Remediation support team. In this role he is responsible for organizing team meetings, meeting and workshop logistics, meeting minutes as well as support in the production and maintenance of project documentation and project status updates.
Requirements
• Understanding of the investment banking business with a focus on client touch points.
• Knowledge of client data requirements for key business process front-to-back.
• Ability to follow data flows and transformations through multiple systems to isolate the constituent parts.
Technical skills
• Organizational knowledge of IB IT across business silos and locations.
• Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL server, SQL queries).
• Knowledge of Lingua, FIX, FPML and other financial products and protocols is a plus.
• Knowledge of data protection rules, especially client data.
• Program status reporting.
• Track program progress.
