Wir suchen für ein Kundenprojekt einen Business Analyst mit BO- Kenntnissen für folgende Anforderungen:Description:
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for requirement identification of reporting needs for the Genesis Program in Europe (Genesis is a global HR program to consolidate 3 PeopleSoft regional instances into a single virtual global instance and bring in employee records from 3 other non-PeopleSoft legacy HR systems as well as adding other countries that do not have an HR system today).
This includes:
Assessment of the current reporting solutions and needs
Assessment of the current and planned Genesis reports
Future Report Requirements description
Technical Skills (Must Have):
Solid experience in analyzing existing reporting solutions and understanding related business processes
Solid experience in requirements gathering and creating functional specifications
Solid experience in supporting related test phases.
Must have a solid understanding of Business Objects XIR3 WebI and DeskI, Universes setup, CMC, BOXI Architecture
Experience in Business Objects best practices for security design and development
Strong knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
Strong team player
Good communication skills
Technical Skills (Nice to Have):
experience with Ford processes
experience in HR business processes
Spanish and/or French knowledge
Work in a global team
Basic PeopleSoft knowledge
