Wir suchen für ein Kundenprojekt einen Business Analyst für folgende Anforderungen:Description:
Various HR functionality need to be implemented outside of the PeopleSoft system either by enhancing functionality to existing applications or by creating completely new solutions. In that context the BA will be responsible to
determine functional requirements according to business demand,
shape the technical solution together with the solution architects,
create the Ford related project documentation
Work closely together with the development team and provide guidance as and when required
Technical Skills (Must Have):
Solid business analysis skills (existing requirements / new requirements)
Solid understanding of HR business processes
Solid experience in requirements gathering and creating functional and design specifications
Solid experience in supporting related test phases.
Good knowledge of agile development methods and the project life cycle
Technical knowledge on web and database technologies (Programming not required)
Fluent in English and German (written and verbal)
Strong team player
Good communication skills
