Brief project description: Crossfunctional Analysis,

Scope of work:
Managing the IT solution for a number of service requests, gathering and consolidation of business and IT requirements; organize the project from initial analysis until launch 

Role of consultant: Product Manager

Candidates must have the following three skills and experience

        German mother tongue

        English fluent

Short Description, Goals, Benefits

        Continuous prioritization, selection, evaluation, analysis and implementation of all requests from Demand.

        This includes a transparent communication in terms of scope, quality, time and budget on all topics across all phases of the product development cycle.

        Ensure realistic expectation management on Demand side.

        Multi-project-management with optimal cost-benefit-ratio.

        React openly to changing priorities describe effects to Demand.

Tasks & Responsibilities

        Interface of technology units to demand unit

        Early involvement in ideation of new products or projects, delivering insights into technology trends, making proactive suggestions and giving hints about intelligent solutions

        Responsible for input into PD process and execution of cost estimation

        Overall responsibility for the scope requested by demand (Business, CS, Fraud, Legal, TO) and define requirements

        Responsible for register the project for gatings for dedicated PDP-phases (eg IA, FA)

        Responsible for budget, which is needed for the upcoming gating

        Accompanying of product development from scratch to delivery, balancing demand and supply needs

        Steering project through the PDP (Gating process, Portfolio Planning, Trading options, dependencies)

        Representing demand interests in the budget and roadmap planning

        Responsible for the coordination with demand, focusing on the roadmap planning & delivery and the product in-life management

Competences & Experiences

        E2E understanding of relevant business area and business processes

        E2E understanding of IT environment and processes

        Communication skills

        Project Management capabilities
